Our Member Equity fee is currently set at $1600. As a Seasonal Member, you are only obligated to pay half ($800). You will pay the second half when a Full Membership becomes available, usually 1-2 years after a Seasonal Membership is accepted. Your equity payment is held in reserve and will be drawn down by 10 percent for the first five years of membership to fund facility improvements. The maximum we can draw down is 50 percent, and the remainder of the equity fee is returned to you upon resignation of your membership, less any outstanding dues or fees.
