📸 Add Members and Profile Pics in Member Splash
Your User Name is for the entire household
- Other members of your household must use this User Name to access the account. Password reset emails will be sent to the email address of the billing member (denoted by a $ symbol next to the member).
Ensure all household members are listed in the Members section of your profile. After you log into Member Splash, the “Members” box should appear in the upper right hand corner. To add members, click on the three dots to the right of the title “Members” and select “Add Member.” Provide each member’s name, phone, email (only for adults), member type, and date of birth. If you need to edit a Member’s information, click on the three dots to the right of the member name and click “Edit”.
- You may also add a childcare provider (babysitter, nanny, au pair, or grandparent) for a fee of $250 for the season. Navigate to Payments → Make a Payment. Enter the name of your childcare provider, then choose your method of payment (credit/debit card, ACH, or check) and click “Next” in the bottom right hand corner.
- Important: Aside from a childcare provider, you can only add members (primary member, spouse/partner, and legal or financial dependents) that physically reside at the address of your membership. You cannot add short-term visitors (including extended family members), household employees, roommates, or tenants.
- All adults with an email address on file will receive our member messages.
Add profile pictures for each household member. Upload a headshot of each household member so our front desk staff can identify you. To do so, click on the three dots next to the member and click “Add Photo.” Click on the pencil icon, then click on the upward pointing arrow in the left hand corner to upload a photo.
🌊 Editing Account Information
To edit your account information, go to the “Account Summary” box on the upper left side of the homepage. Click the three dots to the right of “Account Summary” and select “Edit Account Details.”
On the “Edit Account Details” screen, you can edit:
- Billing Contact for your membership (formerly called the primary member – note that you can only select adult members that have an email address on file.)
- User Name (listed as “User Login”)
- Address (make sure you are using the address that is associated with your credit card.)
Under “Account Summary” you can also change your password by selecting “Change Password”. Password reset information will be sent to the billing contact.
🍔 Payment Options for Guests and Snack Bar Purchases
A reminder that we do not accept cash for guest fees or Snack Bar purchases and that there is no longer a “card on file” option. You have two choices for payment:
On Account: Just say “on account!” and the amount will be posted to your family’s account in Member Splash.
- You can review your charges at any time: log into your membership account and navigate to Order History under Payments. For details on individual orders, click the three blue dots.
- Once a month, we will send the billing member an invoice with detailed information on your purchases. Please review all charges carefully prior to submitting payment.
- To pay an invoice, log into your membership account and navigate to Make a Payment under Payments.
