  4. When the application is the at the top of the waitlist and a membership becomes available, the applicant is offered Full Membership

Converting from Seasonal to Full Membership

When a Full Membership is offered to the applicant(s), they MUST convert from Seasonal Membership by paying the remainder of the equity payment within two weeks of the offer.

If a Seasonal Member declines the offer of Full Membership, by either not paying the remainder of the equity or by verbally declining the offer, the membership will be terminated and $100 will be deducted from any equity refund due.
