guest policy
Your guests are welcome to share in the fun at Cheverly Swim and Racquet Club within the guidelines and rules outlined below. Guest fees must be paid via credit card as no cash or checks will be accepted at the Front Desk. Members can log into their portal and place a credit card on file for speedy check in.
You are responsible for your guests’ behavior and compliance with Club rules. Kindly inform your nonmember guests of our Club rules in advance (Pool Rules). Below are the policies and fees for bringing guests.
Who Can bring guests
- Full Memberships may bring all days the pool is open (weekday, weekend, and holidays) and may bring up to 6 guests per day, not to exceed 20 visits per season
- Seasonal and August Only Memberships may only bring guests on weekdays, excluding holidays, and may bring up to 6 guests per day, not to exceed 20 visits per season
- Golden Guest Program participants pay the guest fee to use the Club, and may bring up to 4 guests twice during the season
- Weekday Pass Program participants may not bring guests
2023 guest Fees
Weekdays (Mon – Fri, except federal holidays)
Adult: $10
Child (3-12 yrs.): $8
Family: $36
Golden Guest: $8
Anyone after 6pm: $7
Weekends (Sat – Sun and federal holidays)
Adult or Child: $12
Family: $48
Golden Guest: $8
(No reduced child or evening rates on weekends and holidays)
Children 2 and under are always free of charge.
Guests of a Golden Guest pay the regular guest fee rate.
Pool Party POLICY
We know that parties at the pool are the coolest. After reviewing the guidelines, use this form to submit a party request.
Party approval guidelines:
• Party Requests:
o Should be made at least two weeks in advance.
o Will not be approved on federal holidays.
• Parties should be scheduled for no more than 4-hours.
• A maximum of 20 non-member guests are allowed, including non-swimmers.
• Non-member guest fees must be paid prior to entry via the Member Portal.
• Guest fees for the parties are per person at the standard guest fees:
o $10.00 per guest until 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday,
o $7.00 per guest after 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday,
o $12.00 per guest until close on Saturday and Sunday
o Family guest rates do not apply.
• Tables:
o Snack bar tables near the tennis courts may be used on weekdays and Saturday.
o Pool-grounds tables may be used on Friday nights after 6:00 p.m. and all-day Sunday
o May not be reserved more than one hour in advance of the party
• No more than two parties will be approved at the same time on weekdays.
• Only one party will be approved at the same time on Saturdays and Sundays.
• You are responsible for your guests’ behavior and compliance with Club rules. Kindly inform your non-member guests of our Club rules in advance of the party.
• The day of the party, please provide a list of the names of non-member guest to the front desk for faster check-in.
